Delete your account.

Request permanent deletion of your Livewell account and associated data for Livewell XP or Nutrico+. You can also delete your account directly inside either app at any time. Both apps are operated by PT Livewell Indonesia Sehat.

  1. Submit this form. Tell us which app and the email on your account.

  2. We verify the request, to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

  3. We delete your account and associated personal data, then email you to confirm, typically within 30 days.

Deleting your account is permanent. Your profile, activity history, and associated personal data will be removed and cannot be recovered. Some records may be retained where the law requires, as described in our Privacy Policy.
